Born and raised in New York, Neil Scibelli has established himself as one of today's leading fashion and celebrity makeup artists. Growing up alongside his grandfather, an oil painter, Neil was blending colors at an early age. His passion for art developed into a booming career in makeup artistry with celebrity and fashion clients in all genres including major supermodels, recording artists, and fashion houses. Neil's work has been seen on national television, in print and online magazines, on the red-carpet, and across major runways during New York Fashion week.

While absorbing all of New York City's cultural influences and style, fashion and art was a natural calling for Neil. He studied and practiced his craft while training under world renowned makeup companies including Kevyn Aucoin, Laura Mercier and Yves Saint Laurent - while assisting some of the industry's top makeup artists. A combination of talent, dedication and ambition allowed Neil to successfully turn his years of training into a full-time career. 

Today, Neil works independently and his work is mainly focused on fashion, celebrity, television, and music videos, as well as sharing beauty education to the public via beauty expert media contributions. Scibelli is a guest contributor for Popsugar.com, and regularly serves as a beauty expert for various on-air and editorial beauty media outlets including Instyle, Teen Vogue, Elle.com, Women's Health, Glamour, Health Magazine, Dr. Oz's The Good Life, Amazon's Style Code Live, and many others .
